In 2013 I turned my passion into a business and began photographing families as an emotional outlet while we tried desperately to start our own. That first year I discovered a deep love for documenting families' stories. I saw tenderness in the chaos of the little years, and beauty in the awkwardness of the teen years. I found magic in catching those fleeting moments of raw and real love. Clearly, God has blessed us many times over in the decade since those early years of struggle, and with each new addition to this family my love for this job has deepened. It's a privilege to be able to provide for my own babies in a way that also feeds my soul, and it's an honor to tell your family's story.

My style is rich, fun, emotive storytelling. I specialize in families, newborns, and maternity because that is where my heart is most filled and where I am able to create to my fullest potential. It's a season of life I am very much in tune with and very much still in. I strive to give my clients not only the beautiful family portraits, but also the sometimes fast, sometimes quiet, but often always ephemeral moments that tug at my own momma heart. I take time to get to know you and your people before the session so that when it's time to shoot, I'm able to document your family in your true and natural and tender moments. At the session, the focus is completely on y'all and your connection and having fun! We will play and laugh and cuddle. We will move, and dance, and explore. My goal is to take the personalities and connections that are symbolic of this exact season in your lives and elevate them into art for you to cherish.
